MyOSA - Sleep Appliance

Getting a proper night's sleep is important for overall health and well-being including mood, energy levels, ability to regulate stress and emotions. Chronic sleep deprivation caused by sleep disorders like Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) has been associated with the causes of life-shortening events such as heart disease or stroke.

MyOSA is a range of oral appliances that can help address the underlying issues of OSA by correcting poor oral habits, tongue position, and posturing the lower jaw slightly forward which helps keep the nasal airway open during sleep. Physical training exercises are an important activity as part of the MyOSA system. All together, many patients find the MyOSA system more convenient than a CPAP device, which is typically recommended for obstructive sleep apnea.
