Job Title: Dental Administrator & Clinical Support
Pay: Starting from $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (4 days per week)
About the Role
We are seeking a flexible, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dual-capacity role. This position is a 50/50 balance between office administration and clinical support in our sterilization bay.
Key Responsibilities
Front & Back Desk Administration (50%)

Patient Coordination: Greet patients, manage the reception area, and monitor confirmations to ensure an optimal schedule

Communication: Handle patient outreach via phone, text, and email, and serve as the liaison between our clinical team and external dental labs and referrals

Financial Management: Manage billing, invoicing, insurance claims (including pre-authorizations), and accounts receivable

Records: Maintain accurate electronic dental records while upholding strict privacy and confidentiality standards
Clinical Support & Sterilization (50%)

Sterile Bay Operations: Perform all sterilization and Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC) procedures to ensure patient safety

Operatory Flow: Assist clinical staff with operatory setup and turnover between appointments to ensure smooth patient flow
Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in medical or dental office administration is a significant asset but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient with office software and able to troubleshoot basic computer or electronic issues

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly demeanor

Adaptability: A team player who can multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment and work independently when needed

Certified Dental Assistant
Are you a compassionate and dedicated dental assistant looking for a fulfilling role in a community-focused practice? Join our team at, Clinton Dental Clinic, a family-owned clinic nestled in the heart of Huron County, Clinton, Ontario.
3-4 days per week
$27-29 per hour
Responsibilities:

Clinical chairside assisting duties including knowledge of instrumentation, taking x-rays, and scans for digital impressions

Clean and prepare treatment room in accordance with best practices for infection control for each patient

Provide excellent service and retain loyal patients by delivering an individualized experience for the patient

Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care

Help create a welcoming and professional environment for our patients and team

Administration tasks such as billing, insurance verification, managing patient inquiries
